Work has begun on a multi-million-pound project to transform a well-known North East pub into a 64-bedroom hotel, bar and restaurant. North East hospitality giant Malhotra Group PLC has embarked on an 18-month, £5.6m development of Three Mile Inn, Gosforth, Newcastle.

Hotel employee gets a bite of the Big Apple
We are extremely proud of Lottie, the Groups Accommodations and Commercial Manager for being awarded one of just two UK scholarships to study at the prestigious Cornell University next summer where she will complete courses in Strategic Hospitality Management, Essential Skills for Leadership, New Media in Hospitality Marketing and Demand Management: Maximising Hotel Revenue through Distribution Channels.

GREY STREET HOTEL REFURBISHMENT
Following the completion of two sample rooms at The Grey Street Hotel, we are now rolling out a programme of work that will see the refurbishment of 47 bedrooms, the reconfiguration of the lower basement level to create a hair salon and spa with works to the ground floor to create an updated and enlarged reception area.
