The former Louis Restaurant will see an exciting transformation into a multi-purpose gaming bar Eat, Chill, Play which will attract friends and family of all ages. The redevelopment will include a cinema, two lane bowling alley and fuse ball tables, which offer you a welcoming atmosphere to chat the day and night away with your loved ones!

Our infamous New Northumbria Hotel will see a complete remodelling and refurbishment of the entire rear elevation of the hotel. This expansion will lead to the creation of 13 apartment rooms and suites, some of which will include a kitchen and dining area – and a new wedding suite with his and hers sink, wardrobe and champagne bar. The reception revamp is nearing completion, and a number of existing bedrooms will also receive a full refurbishment upgrade including a full new bathroom suit and décor. Find out more here.

- Phases 2-4 of the Jesmond Development’s design and planning stages are now at final discussion with Newcastle City Council. The Group’s Project Team are working with the city’s planning department to ensure the existing character and charm of the Jesmond block is maintained to a high standard, whilst being mindful of the local residents’ that surround the scheme works – As soon as we have feedback from the planning department, we will share the much awaited development news.
