Ludhania Project

Our latest £150m development has now officially been announced by the State of Punjab. In the Chairmans hometown of Ludhania, a huge multi use complex involving tower apartments, sports facilities, hotel, shopping mall, cinema, office block.

Grey Street Development

This is our proposed £35m regeneration of a landmark city centre building. We will be bringing this back to life with a combination of a Grand Hotel, Restaurants, Cafe’s Bars and a rooftop Nightclub complete with a swimming pool.

Plans to turn the building into a number of serviced apartments, three upmarket bars and a boutique.

Bay View Whitley Bay

The £10m scheme, which has now been approved by a North Tyneside Council planning committee, is expected to create 30 jobs, as well as around 75 more during construction.

Ashington care home

The £10m project supported by Space Architects will be built on 1.75 acres of brownfield land.

Proposed plans will see the development of a 58-bed care home and a second 12-bedroom specialist unit.
